Lawrence Tumuhairwe is an Economist, a project management professional and a construction lawyer with long experience in providing executive level leadership, strategic direction to projects related to infrastructure, ICT, and facilities management. Lawrence has previously been employed in senior leadership roles as a project management expert, team leader, or director. In most of the positions, He held involved overseeing business process outsourcing initiatives and was directly involved in designing and negotiating strategic sourcing initiatives, involving complex projects, construction management, facilities management, and contract management decisions etc and most of them were directly financed by international financing agencies including Multilateral Development Banks (MDB’S)., i.e World Bank, Africa Development Bank, and international corporations.
